Why are no prices published on the websites ?
There we individually according to its desires your stay, group journey, trip or Event do not plan are it possible all prices to be explained.
The prices depend among other things on the following factors:

- Season time
- Resort
- Duration of stopover

How does a reservation inquiry take place?
Reservation and offer inquiries can send by you in writing by email or fax at us, usually receive you within our office hours
Monday - Friday
09:30 - 19:00 clock

Which data are needed for a detailed offer?
- planned duration of stopover
- Number of travelers
- needed number of single - and double rooms
- Travel period
- if possible an approximate budget
- which you would like to reach with this journey, in particular with Events or Incentives,

Also are flights offered ?
As Incoming to agency on Mallorca we offer only achievements on the island Mallorca, appropriate flights you can book directly in the Internet with the well-known airlines .

Also load are Last Minutes offered?
We are not last minute agency, reservations are possible only until 10 days before journey.

Does a noncommittal offer cost money?
No, however we expect fair handling as return. Most agencies calculate usually Incentive and Events similar, large price jumps are not possible. An offer generation requires extensive work, therefore should you, if you decide to a Incentive or a Event, an enterprise the lodging of tenders assign and not directly several. Many service providers locally do not work on inquiries already any longer, if these already inquired of several agencies.

Why are exclusive trips or Events for less than 20 persons so expensive in the relationship?
Fixed costs such as renting of penalties or guides are naturally always put down on the number of persons, guides to e.g. have the same tarif for 10 guests as also for 50 guests.

Do we need a guide or a support locally?
Trips are accomplished only with nationally examined guides. This is legally prescribed. Trips without national guides are forbidden and can lead to immediate abort by the police. Bus renting are possible only with guide.

How does the reservation take place?
An obligatory reservation takes place in writing by email or fax under indication of your complete address .

Are the offered prices end prices?
We offer an effective and fair end price to you, in this are already Group discounts, taxes and fees contain.
These prices are not negotiatable.

How does the payment take place?
After obligatory reservation entrance you receive a written reservation confirmation and calculation from us.
In the case of reservation 10% are necessary as pre-payment, the payment of balance are due 14 days before journey. For transacted payments you keep a receipt of payment confirmation immediately written from us. The complete travel document dispatch takes place after receipt the payment of balance. Not receipt of payment within the prescribed period relieves us of each performance demand. Cash payments locally or payments without calculation are not possible.
