Molí d'es Comte is a wonderful manor house of the 18 th.
century which has several saloons, yards and gardens. A restored
place full of taste and remembrances. It has been decored with details
which have been kept since the year 1700.
Es Molí d'es Comte's menu offers you an authentic and classical
mediterranean cuisine which has been elaborated according to original
recipies.
At any moment, for any occasion; from the most private dinners to
banquets for 500 guests.
The privileged emplacement of Es Molí d'es Comte makes it
an ideal place for holding conferences, conventions or business
meetings.
From 1998 Es Molí d'es Comte 'cuisine is linked to the personality
of Juan Cabrera.
This chef, of great prestige, has in his "Book of Honour"
his best presentation card. In it, you can find important personalities
of the social and cultural life of all Europe.
He was entrusted by the Dukes of Badajoz family with the organization
of the nuptial banquet of Simoneta Gómez-Acebo and José
M. Fernández, which gathered 800 guests.
He has also organised the Gala dinners of many national events as
ABTA '83, ABTA '93, Ciutat de Palma Awards and Congresses as DRV,
Aranzadi o IBM.
In 1993, Juan Cabrera's team was able of carrying out, in less than
48 hours, two events which gathered more than 11,000 people. The
first one, was the closing party of ABTA '93 with 3,000 guests and
the second one, the party to mark the centenary of the Última
Hora newspaper which gathered 8,000 people.
However, his best success was the celebration of "the never
served dinner", as it was called by the media of the island.
More than 12,000 people, invited by AENA, ate without limit from
a menu of fifteen dishes.
Another successful event for this grea professional was the choice
of Es Molí d'es Comte in 1999 as the scenary for the rehearsals
of the Symphonic Orchestra of Sofia for its concert in Majorca.
